Tattoos

Fur, fins, petals, and feathers: if it lives and grows, I’d probably like to tattoo it. I specialize in black and grey tattoos focusing on natural subject matter. I particularly love to draw the flora and fauna of the Great Lakes ecoregion.

It satisfies me to capture subjects accurately, which means I tend to spend a lot of time doing research for each tattoo. My drawing style is inspired by vintage illustrated field guides and dusty old nature books and is, of course, informed by my own observations out in the field.
